Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jilli88," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jilli88 online casino platform operated at jilli88.vip and all related services, subdomains, and applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jilli88 or who accesses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on jilli88.vip that enables access to real-money gameplay, wallet management, and all related services.
• "Wallet" or "Gaming Balance" means the virtual balance held within a Player's jilli88 Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, deposit match amounts, cashback, or free play credits awarded by jilli88 under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means actual Philippine Peso (PHP) or equivalent currency deposited into a Player's Account via an approved payment method.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body that oversees licensed gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required of all jilli88 Account holders prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or participation in online gambling services offered by jilli88 is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilli88 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the jilli88 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

2.3 jilli88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gameplay on jilli88. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. jilli88 will require documentary proof of age during KYC verification and reserves the right to request age verification at any stage of account activity.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. jilli88 is designed and operated for the Philippine market under PAGCOR's oversight framework. Access to jilli88 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jilli88 is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability, guardianship, or court-imposed restriction from gambling activity are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jilli88.

3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in self-exclusion programs through jilli88 or PAGCOR's national exclusion registry are not eligible to register new accounts or circumvent exclusion restrictions. Circumventing self-exclusion by creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on jilli88. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, payment method, mobile number, or identity used. jilli88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. Provision of false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, including all gameplay, financial transactions, and communications with jilli88 support. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials.

4.4 Account Transfer. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your jilli88 Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

1. Registration is completed via the jilli88 Login page using a valid Philippine mobile number and OTP verification.
2. A unique username and secure password must be created at registration or during initial login.
3. Account activation for full services (including withdrawals) requires successful KYC verification as set out in Section 5.
4. jilli88 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

5.1 jilli88 is required by PAGCOR's regulatory framework to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all Account holders. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds is processed and may be required at other stages of account activity at jilli88's discretion.

5.2 Accepted Philippine Identification Documents: Players must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted documents include but are not limited to: Philippine System ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

5.3 jilli88 may request supplementary documents including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or additional identity documentation where required by AML compliance protocols or PAGCOR directives.

5.4 Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period, or provision of fraudulent documents, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests. All funds subject to AML investigation may be temporarily frozen pending resolution.

5.5 All personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with jilli88's Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilli88 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received to your registered mobile number.

6.2 jilli88 staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from jilli88 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6.3 You must notify jilli88 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your Account. jilli88 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss directly results from jilli88's own negligence.

6.4 jilli88 implements SSL encryption, OTP-based two-factor authentication on new device logins, session timeout controls, and login monitoring as part of its security infrastructure.

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilli88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Deposit / InstaPay (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), and Cryptocurrency (USDT). Payment methods available to a specific Account may vary based on verification status and geographic location.

7.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 via GCash and PayMaya, and PHP 200 via bank transfer. Cryptocurrency minimums are expressed in the applicable digital currency equivalent. All deposits are credited fee-free by jilli88.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 via GCash and PayMaya, and PHP 500 via bank transfer. Withdrawal requests below the applicable minimum will not be processed.

7.4 Identity Matching Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the jilli88 Account holder's verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals – deposits or withdrawals conducted by or to persons other than the account holder – are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be facilitating third-party transactions may be immediately suspended.

7.5 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary under peak load or during maintenance windows. jilli88 makes no guarantee of specific processing times.

7.6 Withdrawal Review Rights. jilli88 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML review on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals subject to review may be held for up to 72 hours. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required to complete the review.

8.1 jilli88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, and to these general bonus terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Live dealer and sports betting games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements – refer to each promotion's specific terms.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Reload and recurring bonuses are available to verified Account holders in good standing. jilli88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. Unless otherwise stated, the standard bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of credit.

8.5 Abuse and Fraud. jilli88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has exploited promotional terms, engaged in bonus abuse, employed arbitrage strategies, or participated in coordinated promotion manipulation. Recovered funds from such activity may be withheld pending investigation.

8.6 Bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, payment method, or shared network environment. Circumventing these limits through the use of VPNs, proxies, or multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

9.1 All games available on jilli88 are subject to the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters established by the respective game providers. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface. In cases of conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account and payment matters; game-provider rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of individual games.

9.2 Random Number Generation. All digital (non-live) games on jilli88 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by jilli88 or any player.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, any affected game rounds may be declared void. jilli88 will use server-side game logs to determine the resolution of any disputed game round. The decision of jilli88's technical team, in consultation with the game provider where applicable, shall be final.

9.4 Maximum Winnings. jilli88 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per single game session, spin, or hand. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are disclosed within the relevant game or promotion terms. jilli88 will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout thresholds.

9.5 jilli88 reserves the right to remove any game from the lobby, modify game availability, or temporarily suspend access to specific game categories at any time without prior notice.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilli88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age or assisting a minor in accessing the platform
• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to manipulate gameplay or extract platform data
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games
• Attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation tools
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jilli88 staff or other players
• Reverse-engineering, reproducing, or misappropriating any part of the jilli88 platform or its intellectual property

11.1 jilli88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. As required by PAGCOR, jilli88 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every verified Account's settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited
• Session Timers: Automated session duration limits with optional pop-up reminders
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications showing elapsed play time and session wagering totals
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the jilli88 platform at the Player's request
• Account Cooling-Off: Short-term account access suspension (24 hours to 30 days) for players who need a break

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who request self-exclusion will have their Account access suspended for the requested period. During self-exclusion, jilli88 will suppress promotional communications to the affected Account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened by the Player once activated – only a formal review process after the exclusion term expires can reinstate access.

11.3 jilli88 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the Player has self-requested such restrictions.

12.1 All content on the jilli88 platform – including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game titles, promotional materials, and the overall platform architecture – is the exclusive intellectual property of jilli88 or its licensed content providers.

12.2 Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilli88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not grant any ownership rights over jilli88's intellectual property.

12.3 Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any jilli88 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

13.2 jilli88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary inaccessibility.

13.3 jilli88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilli88's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14.1 jilli88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, regulatory directives from PAGCOR, AML investigation requirements, or technical security concerns.

14.2 Where an Account is terminated due to Player breach, jilli88 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation. Funds confirmed to be connected to fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances in terminated Accounts not connected to fraud will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, net of any applicable deductions, after the conclusion of any required investigation period.

14.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jilli88 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding balances will be returned via your verified payment method. Accounts under active investigation cannot be voluntarily closed until the investigation is resolved.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the jilli88 platform, shall first be submitted to jilli88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. jilli88 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through jilli88's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework as applicable to licensed Philippine online gaming operators. Formal legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
